5 Questions from BBH The Barn
Last weekend, I sent an email out to BBH The Barn with my 5 questions answered. I almost missed the deadline because the questions were so hard. I was struggling to get them answered because I keep thinking what if my answers don't make sense or if it isn't too creative. But at the end I told myself that 'Look, it's only 5 questions. Just get it over and done with. I want to spend my weekend in peace.'
I did some research work on the The Barn. While I don't know why it is called The Barn, but it seems that some of their questions are related to 'sheep'. Maybe it is because of this Levi's advert from BBH back in the days. If I remember correctly, the print had a herd of white sheep and one black sheep. The copy was: When the world zigs, we zag. I always thought that I just had to talk about my portfolio through an interview. But this style is quite interesting. Only shortlisted ones would then get invited for a portfolio interview. So fingers-crossed for me. They don't want any supporting CV attached to the 5 questions. I think they want to see how we think.
These are the 5 very random questions:
And here are my very random answers:
In 2019, one of my classmates back in college, got in with the same questions. I have seen some of the work that was done. One of the projects focus on the topic of casual sexism. It is a collection of stories from female university students to educate men on how to speak out against casual sexism. These digital assets are on Instagram and Telegram. It was an interesting campaign so if I get shortlisted, it would be an exciting journey for me to produce more work with new teammates.
