Feeling unmotivated

Last Monday, Grace and I submitted our take on the project brief that Jaywing gave us. The aim of the brief was to get young people to visit and donate to Historical Palaces. As a charity, the Historical Royal Palaces don't receive any fundings. Instead, they relied very heavily on the public's donation in order to keep the place maintained and open. However, the problem was that young people don't go to such places. There are more options than ever to keep themselves entertained, so why would young people today visit these old houses? How can we engage and motivate young people to visit?

      This could be played as a Spotify ad, or at locations relating to the scenario.

However, after 5 days, we've received an update from Jaywing saying that we've not got the job. It seems that this idea has been done with York Dungeon so they said that they would like to see this pushed into something else that they've not seen before. I was feeling very upset and dejected. Still, I'm happy that they have selected us with 2 other teams for this brief. While they did mention of a possible placement, I still do not feel very motivated on that. It feels like everyone has got a job or a placement, but for Grace and I, we are currently back to square 1.....
